BioBlitzes...

BioBlitzes are events that aim to record as many wildlife species as possible in a given area over a set period of time, usually 24 hours. Not only are they a highly effective way of engaging individuals and communities with their natural surroundings and helping them to learn about their local wildlife, they can also provide important data that helps to protect and improve local biodiversity. They provide excellent opportunities for communities to come together and are an engaging and inspiring option for school activity days or work team-building days. If you are a school, business or community group that would like to host a BioBlitz, we can provide the organisational and natural history expertise to make your event a success.
